Crispy apple rings are a delicious and healthy snack that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. They are made by slicing apples into thin rings and then baking or dehydrating them until they are crispy and crunchy. To make crispy apple rings, start by preheating your oven to 200°F (93°C) or setting your dehydrator to the appropriate temperature. Wash and core the apples, then slice them into thin rings using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer.

Arrange the apple rings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or on the trays of your dehydrator. If desired, you can sprinkle them with cinnamon or a little bit of sugar for added flavor.

Bake the apple rings in the oven for 2-3 hours, flipping them halfway through, or dehydrate them for 6-8 hours, or until they are crispy and dry to the touch. Keep an eye on them towards the end of the cooking time to prevent them from burning.

Once the apple rings are done, let them cool completely before storing them in an airtight container. Enjoy them as a snack on their own, or use them as a topping for yogurt, oatmeal, or salads. They are a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth while getting a dose of vitamins and fiber. 2503
